At Great Day Juice Company, we began out of a passion for helping people feel their best.
“I had been in the business of helping people feel good for years, but I had dreamt about providing another avenue to feeling great. Juicing and healthy eating had become a personal passion of mine. I wanted to share the benefits of fresh, healthy eating options with our
community.”
For years, I worked in a profession centered on helping people feel good on the outside. Through countless conversations, a consistent theme emerged — people wanted more energy, better health, and sustainable ways to care for themselves, yet fresh, nourishing food often felt out of reach in busy, everyday life. Many people, myself included, didn’t fully understand what truly nourishing food looked like or how impactful simple, real ingredients could be.
That realization led me to immerse myself in holistic health and nutrition, spending several years gaining hands-on experience and professional certifications in nutritional health, culinary nutrition, and juicing. It was through this that I learned how small, consistent changes toward real food could positively impact how people felt day to day.
Through that experience, one thing became clear: Somerset needed an accessible option for fresh, healthy, grab-and-go foods made with integrity. Great Day Juice Company was created to meet that need — thoughtfully, intentionally, and with the community in mind.

We use fresh, minimally processed ingredients and thoughtful preparation so people can feel good about what they’re choosing, whether that’s a quick smoothie or acai bowl, a cold-pressed juice, or a nourishing grab-and-go meal.
We believe healthy eating well should feel simple and realistic. Our menu is created for everyone looking for clean ingredient food, but is especially created to support specialized dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and plant-based options — all without sacrificing flavor, enjoyment, or approachability.
