Juices

Our juices are cold-pressed to ensure the maximum value of vitamins, nutrients and living enzymes. We develop a range of recipes to include juice blends from more savory, veggie forward flavors to delicious but still nutritious sweeter flavors. We use only real fruits, veggies, and herbs in our juices and never ad any unnecessary artificial or chemical additives or preservatives. We believe in the power of nature and utilize the flavors and preservative qualities that she has provided. Lemon, limes, and citrus are all utilized not only as a flavor component but also as a natural preservative. Nature also provides us with the best to address things like boosting immunity, reducing inflammation, increasing energy, and improving gut health  and digestion. We capture that in a bottle with our juices!

Smoothies

You won’t believe your taste buds when you drink one of our creamy smoothies! We create over the top flavors for you, from fruity to pea-nutty to tropical, we have a wide variety of regularly offered smoothies and monthly feature flavors. Our smoothies are made with pure almond milk (coconut or oat milk available upon request), no additives, gums, or preservatives in our almond milk! We use real fruits, no syrups or artificial flavorings. We try to blend at least one veggie (believe us when we say you won’t be able to taste it)  into most of our smoothies to allow you to get a much needed serving of vegetable in each smoothie. Want to up the protein? Just add a serving of either our unflavored whey isolate or  our pure plant-based  pea protein for an additional 8-10 grams of pure protein. 

Smoothie Bowls

What’s a smoothie bowl? It’s a creamy blended, partially frozen base, similar to a smoothie but thicker, that is topped with fresh ingredients and eaten as a meal. Like all of our menu items, we strive to provide a range of flavors. We have banana based bowls, tropical based smoothie bowls, and the ever popular Acai bowls. What makes our different? We NEVER use sorbets with added sugars or preservatives. We blend frozen fruits with almond milk and ingredients like flax and chia seeds to create the perfect creaminess with the perfect flavor. Each bowl is then topped with a variety of fresh fruits; superfoods like hemp hearts, coconut shreds, or nuts/seeds; our gluten-free house made granola; and a drizzle of local maple syrup, pure peanut butter, or raw local honey to top it off. We know you will fall in love with one of these flavors, but you really have to try them all! 

Open-Faced Toasts

Locally baked multi-grain bread (contain wheat, GF available upon request) is used in our open-faced toasts that are topped with fresh fruit or vegetable spreads and toppings. We make our own hummus for a base for some flavors, mash fresh avocados for the best avocado toast around, and use fresh sweet strawberries and bananas for our fruit topped flavors. All of our toasts are then topped with more superfoods like hemp hearts, cacao nibs, coconut shreds, and drizzled with our pure peanut butter, local raw honey, or local maple syrup. Our toasts are original recipes and loved by all!

Warm oatmeal Bowls

Gluten-free so everyone can enjoy these, we have been told our oatmeal  bowls are the best around!  We crafted a perfect base of GF oats, ground flax, chia seeds, and coconut sugar then add spices and flavorings like cinnamon or raw cacao to the base, depending on the item. Gently cooked with almond milk to achieve a great texture and taste, each bowl is then topped with fresh fruits, drizzles, and superfood ingredients. These aren’t just for breakfast anymore! They make a great lunch, dinner, or anytime filling and healthy snack. They are served warm, but can be refrigerated and gently warmed or even eaten cold as overnight type oats.

Soup

We have delicous soups available seasonally from October through April. Our soups are all made fresh in-house, from scratch, using our own freshly made vegetable stock. The flavor changes weekly, and all of our soups are always plant-based, gluten-free, and non-dairy. Throughout the soup season, these have become one of our most popular menu items. We have everything from creamy chowders made from bases including cashew cream, almond milk, and coconut milk, to veggie based fagioli’s and tomato based veggie soups.
